By the grace of Sri Ramakrishna, Behala Bibek Bharati Welfare Society caters in rendering the following benevolent services :-
Evening Vespers, reading and discussions from the Gospels of Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Ma Sarada Devi and Swami Vivekananda are conducted during weekends on regular basis.
On the occasion of Ekadashi, Sri RamnamSankirtan is arranged after the Evening Prayer.
Every year on the month of November BBBWS organizes “Bhakta Sanmelan” attended by many devotees. Revered monks from Ramakrishna Mission deliver speech on this day.
On this occasion many students from various schools and colleges are invited to be present and participate in this conference. Revered monks and other respected personalities enlighten the students to follow the path of Swami Vivekananda and encourage them in building their character.
Value education classes are being conducted by the revered monks of Ramakrishna Mission to impart the knowledge as directed by the holy trio.
A free coaching centre for the students from economically weaker section is provided. Nutritious food and milk remain arranged for them.
Meritorious students from economically weaker community are awarded with monthly Aids to enable them to continue their studies.
A qualified doctor attends once in a week for health check up of patients from economically weaker community. They are provided with free medicines and necessary advice.
